Custodian Asset Acknowledgement

This acknowledgement is issued by Levantare Technology Pvt. Ltd. (“Levantare”) to confirm verification and responsibility for assets assigned to the undersigned custodian.

1. Asset Verification
   I confirm that all assets marked as Available under my custody have been physically verified and are present in usable condition. Asset details such as code, description, quantity, and location are correct to the best of my knowledge.
2. Not Available / Missing Assets
   I confirm that assets marked as Not Available, Missing, Damaged, or Under Repair have been correctly identified and reported with valid reasons.
3. Newly Added Assets
   I confirm that any newly identified or unrecorded assets found during verification have been reported for inclusion in the asset register.
4. Custodian Responsibility
   I agree to safeguard all assets under my control, use them only for authorized business purposes, and promptly report any loss, damage, transfer, or status change.
5. Declaration
   I declare that the information provided regarding asset availability, non-availability, and newly added assets is true and accurate.
